Discreet FulfillmentWe use discreet outer packaging and do not place unnecessary sensitive product descriptions on the outside of parcels.

1. Age Requirement

By purchasing from YouRealDoll, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase the products in your location. We do not knowingly sell adult products to minors.

2. Product Photos, Measurements & Appearance

We aim to present products accurately. However, lighting, screens, production batches, wig styling, makeup, handmade finishing, material characteristics, and measurement methods can cause reasonable differences between photos and the delivered product. Small manufacturing marks that do not affect normal use are not automatically considered defects.

3. Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Many dolls can be customized or produced after an order is confirmed. Please review all selected specifications carefully before checkout.

Production may begin after payment and any required payment verification are completed.
Once custom production begins, changes may not be possible.
Customized or made-to-order items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns after production begins.
Confirmed defects, transit damage, or incorrect products remain subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Payment & Order Verification

High-value or unusual orders may be held for security review. We may contact you to confirm order, billing, delivery, or authorization details. If a transaction cannot be verified, we may cancel the order and return eligible captured funds to the original payment method. See our Payment Information.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Ready-to-ship orders can only be changed before fulfillment. For made-to-order products, cancellation eligibility depends on whether production has begun and whether non-recoverable customization work has already been completed.

6. Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, address changes may be impossible or may require carrier approval.

7. Processing & Delivery

In-stock items and made-to-order items have different processing times. Estimated processing or delivery information shown on the product page, at checkout, or in order communications is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier disruptions, weather, peak-season volume, security review, and other events outside our reasonable control can cause delays.

8. Inspect Your Order Promptly

Inspect the package and product soon after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, materially defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue and packaging.

9. Hygiene & Returns

Adult dolls and related intimate products are hygiene-sensitive. Opened, used, washed, worn, unsealed, or customized products can be restricted from return. Review our Refund Policy before purchase.
